While we grant permission to electronically copy or print physical portions of this site specifically for the purpose of placing an order or purchasing our products, any other use is strictly forbidden. This includes the reproduction, distribution, or transmission of site content without prior written authorization. Users are also prohibited from modifying or removing any proprietary notices from materials downloaded for personal, non-commercial use. Artwork Submission and Technical Guidelines

We only accept PDF, AI, EPS and SVG file formats on our product pages. While our system accepts SVG, EPS, and AI files, EPS and AI formats will be automatically converted to SVG upon upload. For successful manufacturing, all final files must be flattened into a single layer and stripped of all template guidelines. We cannot accept files exceeding 100 MB. Anything over 100 MB must be compressed.

To prevent data loss or font changes during transfer, all images must be embedded and converted to text outlines. Proofs are generated directly from customer artwork. The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming correct art before placing the order. Once order is placed, all sales are final. TriMark, Inc. cannot be held responsible for art quality.

Ordering and Transaction Processes

When placing an online order, clicking the checkout button will direct you to a confirmation page where you can proceed as a guest or a registered user. You will be required to provide billing and delivery information, choose your shipping and payment methods, and add any necessary comments before confirming the order.

Liability Limitations
