Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Policies

In the event that there is damage to the product during shipping, customer must provide photos of the box prior to opening and after opening showing the damage. Once shipping damage is confirmed, TriMark, Inc. will manufacture and ship replacement parts at no cost to the customer.

TriMark, Inc. provides a limited one year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship during standard use. Under this warranty, parts are replaced at no cost, though the customer remains responsible for all shipping and handling charges. This coverage is void if the product has been misused, altered by third parties, and/or acts of God, or handled in a way that violates our instructions. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and this warranty stands in place of all other expressed or implied guarantees.
